White-labelling solutions
White-labelling solutions
We design and build educational platforms that run under your brand. Assessment tools, multilingual marketing sites, course discovery engines, and bespoke admissions infrastructure, delivered as software you own.
More than twelve years operating in international education across the Middle East and South Asia.
A multilingual platform delivered in English, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi.
Founder is a current MSc student at Oxford Saïd Business School.
What we can build
Software that runs under your brand
Drawing on more than twelve years operating inside international education, we build the surfaces and the infrastructure that test centres, prep schools, universities, and ministries use to run their programmes. Below is what we have built before, and what we can build for you.
AI-marked assessment platforms
Criterion-decomposed marking for writing and speaking, calibrated against held-out examiner-scored sets, with fail-closed safety on every submission.
Multilingual marketing sites
Lead-capture sites in English, Arabic with right-to-left layout, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi, designed for parity across languages rather than one source language with afterthought translations.
Course discovery and matching engines
Search and recommendation surfaces that pair a student profile to programmes in your catalogue, with the rules of the match written down and visible to your operations team.
Document intelligence
Credential verification, visa-document checks, and reference parsing, structured so a human reviewer can override the model and the override is recorded.
Student dashboards
Candidate-facing surfaces for application tracking, progress, document upload, and results, themed to your brand from the first commit.
Admissions infrastructure
Bespoke admissions workflows, intake-management tooling, and reporting for the operations side, built around how you actually run the programme.
How we engage
Three steps, agreed in writing
Discovery
Twenty minutes, free, no obligation. We size the work in the first call rather than disappear into a deck for a fortnight.
Scoped pilot
Two to four weeks. Fixed scope, written brief, named deliverables, and a single point of contact on each side.
Live deployment
Week-by-week build, written change log, and a clear status on what is live versus what is still in progress.
Who this is for
Institutions that want software they own
Test centres
Centres looking to add AI-assisted marking, candidate-facing portals, or branded results delivery without rebuilding their operational rhythm.
Prep schools and academies
Operators who want a candidate platform under their own brand, with their own coupon and cohort controls, and their own pricing logic.
Universities expanding online
Institutions building course discovery, application tracking, or admissions surfaces under their own domain, integrated with the systems they already run.
Ministries and examination programmes
Public bodies running examination, certification, or scholarship programmes that need bespoke infrastructure with clear data ownership.
Edtech operators in any market
Founders and operators in the Middle East, South Asia, the United Kingdom, and beyond, who need software that off-the-shelf platforms cannot deliver.
What you own when we are done
The platform, the brand, the data, the code
Your brand on every surface
Custom domain, your logo, your colour palette, your email-from address. Our brand does not appear anywhere a candidate or applicant sees.
Intellectual property
The platform we build for you is yours. We do not retain rights to your bespoke configuration, your content, or your candidate data.
Data residency
Student data sits in named jurisdictions in the United Kingdom and the European Union by default. Anything else is negotiated in writing before any data moves.
Code handover options
We can operate the platform for you on a managed basis, hand the codebase over to your engineering team, or sit somewhere in between. The shape of the handover is agreed at the start.
Questions we get
Honest answers, before the call
Where does the data sit, and who owns it
Your data stays with you. We are a processor, not a controller. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and student data sits in named jurisdictions in the United Kingdom and the European Union by default. Anything else is negotiated as part of the engagement.
Which languages are supported
Four languages by default: English, Arabic with right-to-left layout, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi. We add languages on request. Translations mirror the source content rather than introducing claims or numbers that are not in the original.
How long does a deployment take
A first version of a white-labelled platform is usually six to twelve weeks, agreed in writing before any work starts. The work that takes time is your brand kit, your operational model, and your candidate flow. The engineering itself moves fast because the patterns are familiar.
Who owns the intellectual property
You do. The bespoke platform we build for you, the content, the configuration, and the data, all belong to your institution. We retain rights only to the general patterns and the underlying tooling that we reuse across clients.
What happens after launch
We can operate the platform for you on a managed basis, hand the codebase to your engineering team, or run a hybrid in which we keep the AI components and your team owns the rest. The shape of the post-launch arrangement is agreed at the start.
How is the work priced
We price per project, per cohort, or per annual licence depending on what fits your operating model. We do not publish a fixed number because every institution is different. We will size the deal in the first call.
